Here is a look inside my life... I have given up my life so that through me there might be LIFE... sounds confusing huh... This is a look at the life of sheldon, one who has been and is being transformed by the life and love of Jesus.

deep eyes

Last night I had an evening with the boys. We did a whole lot of nothing. But it was good. Brandon and I brought our guitars and I brought my d'jimbe and we had a good old time. What kind of night out with the boys would be complete without a sheetz run (I just had coffee).

Brandon and I had a good talk in Jeremy's driveway just as we were leaving. (I dont know how long we talked). It just got my mind going. We talked about God those things too awesome to grasp.

The whole ride home I was thinking about Spiritual eyes vs. our Natural Eyes. It seems that in our earthly bodies we can only open our spirtual eyes but a crack. In death our eyes will be opened and we will see the fullness of God's glory and all men will bow down before him and give God the praise that is due his name.

yeah... awesome stuff like that. aw man, i love that kid.

Please sir, may I have some MOR?

Last night the MOR(ministry of Revelution/Revival/Reconciliation) group came together to pray into the first Friday Nite Fire for Sept. 29th.

We pray that our generation might open there spiritual eyes to see who God really is through praise, worship, prayer, and the Word. Ignition. But it can't stop there. We want a radical generation, a man on fire, a generation which will not stop, until we have taken back those who have been kidnaped.

Are you picking up what I'm laying down?

I just watched Man on Fire and loved it. the spiritual parallels dont run too deep but they are there.

Come, receive fresh wind and be set ablaze Sept. 29th. Its at the RHOP section of the Old Reading Farmers market. Doors open at 8 and it goes until midnight. If you want more information, leave a comment and i'll hook you up with the right people.

whats going down

Sell the shope eh? Well, the guy never came around with any money to buy our shope. So until he makes another move Good's Used Appliances will continue to be the Good's.

In other news I just bought a laptop from a friend. Now I dont have to go to my parent's house to type papers and do research. I have a wireless card but none of my neighbors have a wireless router to share with me.

School starts Sept. 25th. I'm taking English Comp. Oh boy... writting.

Exploring Worship

I've been reading an awesome book called Exploring Worship by Bob Sorge. If you get the chance, read this book. Worship is pretty cool on so many levels. If you want to "stir your flesh" in praise and "unlock your spirit" in worship please read this book.
